Modular Minimalist Loft
Private Apartment | Hong Kong | Tsuen Wan
A compact multi-functional apartment employing modular design. The modernized Japanese Cha-shitsu inspired concept aims to utilize the limited space.
By using tatami flooring and an airy screen to separate the kitchen, each area is ceremonially differentiated. To maximize the functionality, a shelf is placed next to the kitchen countertop and storage space is added to the TV wall.
While the light palette surrounds the apartment in a calm mood, the white attic area forms a private and peaceful resting space.
